Ecotub is buried in the garden, keeping the precious compost cool during summer months, with the walls of the main compartment perforated to allow worms to enter the bin and digest the contents before spreading the castings in other areas of the garden.
Ecotub includes a convenient solar-powered light with battery backup, so users can easily view the contents of their tub while depositing food scraps at night.
Constructed from recycled and weather resistant polymers, the Ecotub is delivered to customers in a flat packed parcel and is easily set up within minutes.
Having already built a successful, ecofriendly lifestyle brand, our client saw a gap in the market for a more sustainable composting bin that would encourage more people to compost at home. He came to Boost Design, and Ecotub was the result.
